Summary of Information

For the full information on terms we operate, please see the Archies Supply Agreement.  Please download, print and review for your records. For each order that you place, there is a check box when you checkout indicating that you agree to be bound by the terms of the agreement.

However to quickly summarise this for you:

- The thongs are $20.00 inc of GST and shipping. This price includes a free display stand (This is limited to one stand per practice and the stand is to remain the property of Archies Footwear).  Please note that to take advantage of our 'freestand' offer you must have spent $300 or more in thong orders with Archies Footwear.    

- The strongly recommended RRP of the thongs is $40 inc GST. This is our entry level thong and we will release other models in the future which carry a higher RRP.

- We will be selling online for $40.00 plus $4.99 postage for one pair.

- There is no minimum order and we are more than happy to do small orders, however, there is a minimum spend of $300 in order to receive free postage.

- If the minimum spend of $300 is not reached, then postage will be at the expense of the customer.  Postage cost are viewable upon checkout of your order.

-  Orders will be accepted through the wholesale ordering platform only. We will not be accepting orders by email, phone call and text message unless in the case of wholesale ordering platform system failure.

- In the event that the minimum order is not reached, then we try to use the smallest Aus Post Postage satchel we can which is the most economical way to do so.

*Transit times are of course location dependent and are calculated from when we send your order, not from when you place your order.

*The number of thongs that can fit in a satchel is only a guide and is of course size dependent.

If the thongs cannot fit into a postage satchel, then they will have to be put into a box and the postage will then get more expensive and in this case it's probably better to try and push for minimum spend of $300.00 to receive free postage.

Payment Terms:

Our payment terms are upfront. Once the invoice has been paid we send the goods straight away.

Payment Methods:

You can pay by credit card or by direct bank transfer.

It is important to note, due the way the system works, credit card payment will only be accepted on the spot / at the time of ordering.  We receive an auto-notification as soon as you have paid by credit card, so there is no need to send remittance advice if paying by credit card. If you do not pay for the thongs when you checkout with your credit card, then you will need to pay via Bank Transfer.   

We do not take credit card payments over the phone.  

If paying by bank transfer, please ensure to the quote the invoice number in the payment message so that we can easily locate your payment.

When payment has been made via bank transfer, so that we can be notified to send your order and to ensure there are no delays, please send remittance advice to accounts@archiesfootwear.com.au and also cc taf@archiesfootwear.com.au

Please also remember, as per our Archies Supply Agreement, we have a 100% money back guarantee. That is, if for some reason, you no longer wish to continue stock Archies Thongs in your practice or store, then we will happily purchase the remaining stock back from you at the price you purchased them for (terms apply). However, this is very unlikely to happen!
